Muster 50 fighter jet, the Russian attack on Syria Continues - Russian military attack on Syria to fight ISIS continues and has entered the second day, Thursday (10/01/2015). Russian Defense Ministry confirmed that more than 50 fighter jets and military helicopters were deployed to Syria.

Previous Kremlin did not disclose details of the amount of their military contingents in the military operations in Syria. Russian military offensive began on Wednesday to help the regime of the Syrian Government under the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad to crush the group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Many terror groups in Syria are also targeted by the Kremlin military.
"Air Group deployed in a very short time. That may be because we have most of the equipment and ammunition which was prepared at our depot in Tartus. We just need to move our aircraft and provide some additional equipment, "said a spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry, Igor Konashenkov, told Russia Today.

Opposition activists or Syrian rebels also reported Russian attack occurred in Ghantu in the province of Homs, close to the Kremlin military pounded location overnight. There has been no related reports of casualties in the latest attack.
Russian military action praised the Syrian regime. But, the United States (US) inflamed with Russian maneuvers as well as on the rebel groups target US-backed moderates. Head of the Pentagon or US Defense Secretary Ashton Carter, condemned the "raging" Russian military in Syria. He considered that the attack was not targeted at ISIS.
"The Russian approach is doomed to fail," said Carter. "I hope that they come to a viewpoint where they try to pursue their goals in a different way, a more reasonable," he said again.
"Their attacks do not occur in an area where there may be forces ISIS," continued Carter. According to him, the Russian military action only to preserve the power of the Assad regime.
